Kennedy News & Media sources newsworthy content and gets permission from the copyright holders to use it in various media, including broadcast media, print and online.

This agreement gives Kennedy News & Media and its partners permission to broadcast or republish your content – though of course you retain all ownership rights to your Content.

This means they can use your Content in whole or in part in TV packages, in online players and/or on other media channels, including social media.

By accepting this Content Agreement and in consideration of our distributing your content, you are agreeing to the following:

• Aside from the licences granted herein, you retain all ownership rights to your Content.
• You affirm, represent, and warrant that you are the owner of the Content, or that you have the necessary licences, rights, consents, and permissions to grant Kennedy News & Media a licence to the Content. You also affirm, represent, and warrant that the Content does not vest in some third party (e.g. your employer, if the Content was created by you in the course of your employment).
• You hereby grant Kennedy News & Media and its partners a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content in any media format and through any media channels.
• You agree that when we distribute your content to our partners, your personal information can be used for editorial use, including, but not limited to: in any newspaper, news website, magazine, book publication, article, blog or vlog, in each case in any format and on any media whether now known or in the future developed, including in print and online, including but not limited to any social media site, TV or Video on Demand platform.
